Issue Description

The Extra Cells 2 1k and 64k ME Fluid Storage Components are no longer craftable
but...
the 1k cell is still needed to craft Advanced Rocketry Liquid IO Circuit Board
and
the 64k is still needed to craft the Modular Machinery Machine Blueprint for Advanced Carpenter
