Issue Description
The recipes of applied energestics 2 crystals (certus,charged certus,fluix) to their respective dusts are missing from the macerator.
1- Certus quartz crystals code name:appliedenergistics2:material
2- Charged Certus quartz crystals code name:appliedenergistics2:material:1
3-Fluix crystal code name:appliedenergistics2:material:7

The code names for:
Certus dust:appliedenergistics2:material:2
Fluix dust:appliedenergistics2:material:8

Modpack version (Do not use "latest")
version:1.39a
