Issue Description

After right clicking the Draconic Information Tablet, the game will stop running for a bit and then bring up the text in the following screenshot. However, after pressing cancel, the Project Intelligence GUI is brought up. Right clicking the tablet any other times in the rest of the game session will bring up the Project Intelligence GUI, although I do notice a consistent extended loading time where the game stops responding for a bit.
