Issue Description
In the Actually Additions chapter there is a quest to make an Oil Generator, however this machine is disabled. I've tried using bq_user refresh and admin load both, but the quest remains, making it incompleteable without cheating

This quest is still present in Expert:Skyblock 1.23, and not able to be completed due to lack of an oil generator.

Did you use the reload command, /bq_admin default load?

That was a new Single Player world, right? :)

... The official server is on version 1.23, not latest. I'm guessing you are too.

On the E2:ES server, I tried to use the reload questbook quest since I don't have permission, but its still there.
Edit: Verified in single player as well, quest is there, but oil generator is not available.
