Recipe changed to 1 Quartz Block + 4 Quartz = 2 Fused Quartz in Alloy Furnace, meaning it can be automated without feeding the Alloy Furnace two stacks at a time now.

This issue was moved by NillerMedDild from NillerMedDild/Enigmatica2#405.
