Dilithium oredict doesn't match Creative Powercell recipe

Issue
LibVulpes Dilithium Crystals oredict appears to have changed from "crystalDilithium" to "gemDilithium". This caused some blank spots in the Creative Powercell craft as it's still referencing the old oredict.
