In 1.36 it's not possible to create DE Creative Block Exchanger due to Exchangers mod was removed

Issue
You can't create Draconic Evolution Creative Block Exchanger as it's recipe has Resonant Exchanger.

Possible solutions:

  1. Put Exchangers back
  2. Change the recipe

Whoops, silly oversight. I'll make a hot fix replacing it with a Building Gadget this evening :)
