Describe the bug
The Integrated Dynamics book that comes in the Akashic Tome doesn't open, and is listed as being form the mod 'integrated tunnels' instead of ID itself

Fixed by #1402

I just tested this by crafting a new tome in 0.4.1, and doesn't seem to have been fixed

The file wasn't updated because of an error during branch merge :/ will be fixed in 0.4.2
