Description
With the exception of Botany Pots Nylium Soul Sand/Soil does not have any other uses. Minecraft Soul Sand/Soil does have uses in crafting recipes. A way to convert the Nylium versions into Minecraft versions (e.g. via stonecutter) would allow them to have more uses.

I believe Nylium Soul Sand is a valid block for making a wither, but I haven't tested this in 0.4.10 yet.

Why would you like this added/changed?
Gives more use to two blocks that feel like they should be valid replacements for the minecraft versions.

Maybe make the nylium variants be washed into vanilla ones via Interactio water-soaking recipe? That'd feel more natural than the stonecutter.
