I can't reproduce this, which kind of world generation did you pick? :)

It says custom so this might be a me problem. It is a very old world and a world I played before version 0.4.00

Worlds generated before 0.4.0 will not update properly past it; the new world generation is tied to Terraforged, which did not exist in 0.3.x.
