Travel Anchor teleportion is prevented while "Sticky Mind" from "Lost Trinkets" mod is equipped.

Describe the bug
When "Sticky Mind" trinket is equipped, player is prevented from teleporting using Travel Anchors. Sound plays, and the short-range teleport function of the "Teleportation" enchantment goes on cooldown, but the player remains in the same place.

The description of the trinket indicates it should prevent nearby Endermen from teleporting.

Just want to add, this seems to apply to multiple types of teleportation - tried using an enderpearl while this was active and same error as above (v0.4.14)
