dont know if it is a bug, but the armor upgrade of the armor set doesnt work right. it works on the chestplate and leggins, but only the toughness gets increased on the boots/helmet. Is it a bug or is it supposed to be this way?

I'm not sure either :P I've relayed it, thanks for the report.

The PNC dev informed me that this issue is most likely display-only, from the mod that displays the armor values.
The values should work correctly even though they appear incorrect :)

thanks good to know. i just wanted to add that the rendering of the armor bar over the hearts reflects the armor value as seen on the armor, yet a damage test resulted in it reducing the damage by more than netherite, so it does work as intended.
