Client crashes with Farmland recipe on the RS Pattern Grid

Describe the bug
Client is crashing after I tried to store the Farmland recipe on RS. Managed to break the Pattern Grid, but the problems persists and if I can open the game some items can't render.

It was an enchanted Pickaxe I got from a Wandering trader. STonebreaker, I believe it is from Tetra (or Apotheosis), maybe?
But the first crash, from what I can recall, was from just trying to set the recipe on the Pattern Grid. After I broke the block that stored the recipe I can't open my Backpack, that collected the Pattern Grid.
