Enigmatica v4.14
Right-clicked photoelectric pane onto an enderman and it was consumed and it was not crafted.
How to recreate:
Craft Photoelectric pane
Find enderman
Right-click onto enderman with pane in hand
Enderman consumes pane and doesn't return Lens of Ender
