Enigmatica 6, 0.4.14

Describe the bug
Joining an SMP world takes almost a minute every single time. Almost half of this time seems to be starting up JEI. Other than a bunch of broken recipes and villager registrations there doesn't look like any actual bugs, but this feels pretty, wrong somehow.

Client log below, server log shows nothing out of the ordinary at all.
