When you are in the UI of the RFTools Modular Storage press the key for extract items. When you are in a chest this just takes all the items out and puts them in your inventory. In the modular storage it duplicates the storage card and all the items it contains.

Thanks for the report. The extract items key is unbound by default for a reason :)
However, this should be fixed in a recent version of Quark, so 0.5.0 ought to fix it.
