Update FTB Teams on E6 to 1.16 as team quest syncing is now available.

this means quests will now be in line with your team members progression, allowing for a much better co op experience

Mod updates generally happen automatically on lack updates. This in particular is progress breaking I believe, so it will at least get some review first.
