Describe the bug
Cobalt Item Frame cannot be crafted as it require Tinker's Construct Cobalt Nuggets. Emendatus Enigmatica nuggets are not compatible with the recipe. Manyullyn Item Frame does not have this issue as there is no EE equivalent.
