0.5.4 Single Player Terraforged with Enigmatica preset.

I have created 3 different worlds. At spawn I have used the locate command to find Valhelsia structures but none are ever found. I switched to creative mode and flew a few thousand blocks and checked again, still no Valhelsia structures were found. Maybe I am getting extremely unlucky with my seeds but it appears that there is a bug.
