Wrong dye in the dye mixer

You can get a blacklisted dye(green dye) from a dye mixer
Also if there is a way to I would suggest a way to convert this green dye into cactus green. I personally have 1mill of it(and all orther dyes) and loosing it all would be sad.

also doesn't help to disable PITG's green dye via config, as that just removes recipes, not the item. :-\

@Buuz135 Could use some insight here.

I've removed the dye tags from PITG's Green Dye entirely but the dye mixer continues to pick it up as a valid output instead of Vanilla green dye.
