Unable to step up single blocks with either the [Mekanism] Free Runners or the [Lost Trinkets] Horseshoe

Describe the bug
It does not seem to matter whether I have the [Mekanism] Free Runners or the [Lost Trinkets] Horseshoe equipped, my character refuses to step up single block heights.
