Describe the bug
Crafting a 2x2 Ender Pearl results in an "Ender Pearl Block" (Architect's Palette) instead of "Ender Block" (BetterEnd Forge) which prevents creating "Compact Machine Wall" (Compact Machines 4) in the "Metallurgic Infuser" (Mekanism).
