Describe the bug

going near a certain area on the map stops all world gen and chunk loading
blocks show up as waiting on server
reloading chunks with F3-A does not help

Would like to update that I have no idea what happened but after crashing my computer, relaunching, having world gen stop again, save and exit forever and realunch... it is working again...
