PNC Pressurized Spawners not working without a player nearby

My PNC Pressurized spawners are not working without a player nearby, despite the description saying that they shouldn't require one.
- The chunk and every chunk with machinery related to it is force loaded
- There is definitely no air shortage
- I used the same mob farm setup with Apotheosis spawners previously, and it worked fine without players nearby (Using spawner agitators)
I have done the following tests:
- Other processes (Hopper>Chest) seem to work fine even with no one nearby, so the actual chunk loading seems to be fine.
- If every player on the server is in the nether, the spawner starts working again.

Did some further testing, at about 100 blocks out the mobs stop spawning, and once I cross some line (Unsure of exact distance), the mob kills start up as a slow trickle, speeding up the closer I get (Most likely half the mobs are spawning outside of range until I get closer?). Spawners are set to max range, so they spawn pretty spread out.

This finding does seem to agree with vanilla's spawning mechanisms where hostile mobs would despawn immediately when there is no player within 128 blocks of the hostile mob.
Would you mind updating to the latest PNC alpha version and verify whether the issue is fixed or not? ๐
Am on a server so I can't test it with the exact same conditions, but I replicated the setup on a singleplayer world with the latest alpha version and it seems to keep spawning regardless of distance now!
