Quest Missing Potential Completion Item - Industrial Forgoing Addon Range +9

Same as title - Just crafting an addon and had yet to complete the quest. Item finished crafting (range addon +9) and didn't get a quest completion notice, didn't think much of it yet when I crafted a +4 range upgrade it completed the quest - further inspection showed that it skips this number on possible quest completion requirements.
