Describe your issue

Here's the setup:
Set up a simple autocrafting system with refined storage.
Have all your storage be via external storage busses pointed at storage pedestals (max enchanted).
Request something that pulls ~5k(?)+ or so.
The RS system will successfully pull about 5000 out, and the rest will dissapear entirely, regardless of how much was still left in the pedestal.

I've had this happen three times now, 1st with it voiding all my redstone after requesting a 16384k Storage disk, again with my redstone after requesting a 1048576k Fluid Storage Disk, and lastly with it voiding all my potatoes trying to craft the 2863x Potato Crates required for the challenge quest.
