Summon Quests not Working in Occultism 0.5.14

Describe your issue.
I have summoned two Foliot Janitors and one Foliot Crusher, but the quests have not completed, despite both client and server running 0.5.14. Additionally, both a Crusher and a Janitor have been out for a substantial amount of time, and both spirits are at 0% Essence Decay.
I don't know if summoning an unbound creature (via an incomplete/revised summoning circle) removes the essence decay, if it works on Foliot, or if there's a way to even tell if you summoned anything unbound, but my circle looks the way it should according to the book, and I'm even using Occultism candles just to be sure.

I'm 90% sure this is fixed in-dev :) @theboo right?
If it affects anything, we're still using the same world as before 0.5.14, and we originally started our world in 0.5.11 and jumped straight to 0.5.14 when we found out that there were updates. We hadn't started Occultism until after the update.

The changelog states that this should have been fixed in 0.5.14. Did we read the notes incorrectly?
So the bug in 0.5.11 affected only the greedy familiar(his advancement didn't exist at all)... This was fixed, but before 0.5.14 released, it was broken in a different way lol.
In 0.5.14 there is a completely unrelated bug causing none of the spirit/familiar advancements to register you performing the ritual. Which means those quests won't complete (outside of drikwing for some reason)
This fixed in dev, but a temporary solution is to use the OP command /advancement grant yourname only occultism:nameofritualyoucompleted
this will complete the quest
