[Travel Anchors] Player doesn't go down when shifting

Describe your issue.
I have just updated to 0.5.14 and I was checking everything to see if there was any bugs and to my surprise there was one.
While standing on a Travel Anchor you should be able to go up and down using space and shift I can go up but can not go down
I have not changed my keybinds for Jump and Sneak.

Hrm, yep. Confirmed in 0.5.14 and in Dev. Unable to produce in a stripped down instance with minimal mods...
