Resourceful Bee Tiered Beehives can no longer be upgraded in a crafting table to the next tier. They can only be upgraded in world with the "Tier X Hive upgrade".

This may be a tag issue with the recipe looking for forge:beehives/tier_0 when the beehives themselves are tier_1, tier_2, tier_3 or tier_4.

The apiary recipe properly accepts the tier 4 beehives.

This is actually... fixed... in dev in #3421 with the removal of Tiered Beehives.

I actually think this is also really a dupe of #3369, but we did close that one out as I don't think I had realized the base issue at that point.
