Disable the conversion upgrade From Storage Drawers.

Why would you like this added/changed?

It's been functionally disabled for quite a while so there's no reason for the recipe to exist.

How about fix the functionality instead of just giving up and removing it? Considering the number of variants for some items, especially metals and their assorted alloys, this is something I was hoping would remain as a feature.
