`ftbultimine-server.snbt` didn't get overridden

Describe your issue.
./world/serverconfig/ftbultimine-server.snbt is still the default and did not get replaced with https://github.com/NillerMedDild/Enigmatica6/blob/master/defaultconfigs/ftbultimine-server.snbt#L14 when creating the world/server.

noticed it when i couldn't mine a menril tree in one go, which was supposed to be fixed since #3271 (by me)
months earlier it seems the limit was doubled from 64 to 128, but i never noticed more than 64 on my last few server playthroughs so it seems that whatever is responsible for copying that specific config file is either broken or ftb ultimine is overriding it itself for some reason 🤔
