Errors with current selected Data Packs prevent the world from loading.

Describe your issue.
Upon creating a new world (Regardless of world type), I'm met with this error:
"Errors in currently selected data packs prevented the world from loading. You can either try to load it with vanilla data pack ("safe mode"), or go back tot he title screen and fix it manually."
Choosing "Safe Mode" freezes the game.
This report from ATM6 is what i experience although i didn't alter the mod pack in any way. Reinstalling the mod pack and minecraft doesn't help either:
