Describe your suggestion

A warning on the Tetra questline on Tier 5 (where the end rod as handle is mentioned), Tier 4 (which gives you end rods as a reward, which suggests using them as handles) or independently. The warning should mention that End Rods have a chance to cause the user to be teleported, possibly also mention the side effects of other rods such as the Blaze Rod.

Why would you like this added/changed?

Though this is technically already in the holosphere, some people (for example me) do not look through it before adding a new part to their tool, and even then it's easy to miss that some rods have side effects.
Add to this the fact that it's a chance % and very reliant on random factors, and it may start happening without the player realizing where these side effects are coming from. I believe I'm not the first player to be confused by this.

nope, been that way since e5 xD end rod has always been one of the better handles, but can be a death sentence in the end haha
