Describe your issue.

Is it a bug or a mod change that made Enderman not hostile to Endermites. Made an Enderman farm and it didn't work, because of this Endermite issue, I went into creative and threw an Endermite at the Enderman's feet and it didn't care for it. This was incase I built the farm wrong, I then went into a 1.17 vanilla creative world to make sure it still worked and the Enderman immediately attacked the Endermite when spawned at its feet.

in 1.16 and below, endermite need to be spawned naturally(via ender pearl) in order for the endermen to want to murder them... was this a naturally spawned endermite or did u spawn it/bring it to your farm by some other means?

i used the ritual of birthing,and used a mob imprisonment tool to move it. If i spawn it naturally and then use a mob imprisonment tool to move it would that still cause an issue.

update so long as it was spawned with a pearl it worked.
