I get it might not get skulls, but it doesn't get skull fragments either,

Might be an Ars issue that it doesn't see the Wither Skeleton Tweaks addition to the loot table or another issue.

Thanks for the report. I see the Fragments aren't added via a loot table change, I'm guessing that's the issue. I'll relay to Ars and Wither Skeleton Tweaks I think 😄
