Tetra doesn't seem to be too compatible with the bow enchantments. Tetra Crossbows can't receive any enchantments, despite their vanilla counterparts being able to. And bow's enchantments are all messed up. Trueshot cannot be applied through commands but can be applied through the workbench, same for the volley enchantment, and endless quiver cannot be applied at all, looks like a compatibility issue between Tetra, Apotheosis, and a little bit of Ensorcellation

Thanks for the report. Seems like bow enchantments haven't really been covered, I found it reported here: mickelus/tetra#346
