Character Stuck In Sitting Position While Stationary

Modpack Version
Having difficulty finding the version through MultiMC, but believe it to be 0.5.14
Describe your issue.
As in the title, whenever my character is not moving it takes a sitting position as if in a boat. To my knowledge I haven't entered the sitting position on my own through a boat, saddle, etc. Logging out or restarting the pack have made no change, haven't been desperate enough to try reinstalling yet.
Also if anyone knows how to find the pack version through MultiMC that would be helpful in the future, I looked everywhere to find it.

There is a keybind for this, I believe it is Ctrl+z or just z by default?
