Describe your issue.

I have a single-player world with a big drawer storage system for ores mined with a Builder, and it seems every time I load up the world Refined cannot see the items inside the Drawers, the fix is to break the cable connecting the system and the External Storage together then place it back. I assume its a bug. (Not sure if the bug is present of servers)

Thanks for the report. This is a very known issue to the Refined Storage team, there's not much we can do about it sadly :/
