ftbquests pinned quests not syncing live

Describe your issue.
when you pin a quest, other players in your team won't see the pin until they (re)connect to the server.
imo it should either sync to the other players instantly, or not at all by keeping them player bound.
currently it just feels broken since the pattern doesn't make any sense in my mind at all.
