Describe your suggestion

Maybe the recipe for the ranged pump should be changed to be a bit more difficult, or have some elements of create pumps like other pump/water generation type machines in the pack.
Right now it is the standard recipe and therefore near infinite lava is pretty easy, although the ender tank to transport it home from the nether is difficult to get so maybe it is fine...

Lava production is maybe too easy
