PNC radiation shielding doesn't work

Describe your issue.
I have on full suit of pneumatic armor with radiation shielding upgrades in each part. But it doesn't protect me from getting new radiation.
Radiation from Mekanism mod.

Did the issue happen in singleplayer or on a server?

I have a feeling the radiation API changed with the latest Mek version. Can confirm this is not working with PNC armor anymore, but still works with the MekaSuit. Will get this relayed
