Describe your issue.

Having multiple tanks inside of a modular router allows to duplicate fluids fairly easily.

To reproduce it, simply put empty PCR tanks in a modular router (they stack) and have the router grab fluid off of another tank. Then pull the stacked tanks out of the router - they all will have some fluid in them.

Apparently this has already been an issue in the past desht/ModularRouters#81
