Describe your issue.

When placing an ingot cast into a Thermal Expansion Blast Chiller, it immediately starts processing a refined obsidian ingot from nothing. When attached to an inventory, this results in an infinite duplication of said ingot. I have duplicated this on both single player and LAN though not on an actual server.
