auto-crouch on a ladder while a gui is open in creative makes you fly down

Describe your issue.
When you (in survival) open a gui while climbing a ladder you enter crouch mode so you stay put.
However if you open a gui while near a ladder whilst flying in creative mode it also makes you crouch, effectively making you fly down.
Making this issue here since the problem is that no one seems to know which mod is 100% responsible for this feature, some people pointed out quark but i haven't spotted the feature in that mod's code, by posting it here i am hoping that someone who knows which mod is responsible for it speaks up so i can write an issue or pull request there.

oh great, while opening the link for the nth time i spotted allowInventorySneak out of the corner of my eye, and lo and behold the very bottom of that file (not the rest above it seemed related at all) contains the logic that seems to handle it, lets just pretend that never happened in order to save myself the embarrassment and we'll go from there 👀
