Tetra hoe makes grass paths instead of farmlands

I upgraded an iron hoe with tetra but noticed that righclicking with it on dirt created grass paths instead of farmlands making it kinda useless. After some testing, I narrowed it down to the diamond socket upgrade - adding it to any hoe makes it create grass paths instead of farmlands. This may be a bug with Tetra itself, but I'm too lazy to try it in an isolated environment 😛.
For the record, lapis socket doesn't have this bug but I haven't tested other gems.
I guess that's what they mean by "never waste your diamonds on a hoe"...
