Dissolution Chamber - Energy Issue - Process not able to complete

The Dissolution Chamber does not charge, it instantly drains the energy cell also when trying to perform 1 process, as such process can never complete. When you first connect the chamber the energy flickers, going up and down rapidly, then settles at what looks like max rf /tick, almost like it has a never ending need for the power.
Tried many different cables, faster and faster cells (on a Nicotic at moment with about 10krf/tick feed into the cell)

One thing I've discovered over the past week is that Industrial Foregoing machines are unable to display large RF values, but they do store the RF correctly. The flickering you see is the battery reaching ~32K stored (presumably 32768) and then becoming sad.
My completely unsubstantiated guess is that the machines use a short to send the stored RF values over the network, which work absolutely fine for their default values, but not so great for the adjusted machines in the pack.
If you look at your WAILA/TheOneProbe display for the machine, you'll note it displays the correct (full) 2.5Million stored RF. So it is an annoying, but purely visual, issue.
The dissolution chamber has an issue in this pack. After crafting something it still pulls 10k RF/t until there is no more power. If you can sustain that amount of power, it will pull it, idle. cycling the Redstone setting in the UI fixes the power consumption until the next recipe.
I am testing some more to see if it's a Universal cable issue or just the block. It might also be a Refined Storage crafting interaction issue. Will post more as I find out.
