Garden cloche only being powered from east/west

Describe your issue.
When trying to connect Powah energy cables to a Garden Cloche, they will only connect on east and west sides of the cloche. It doesnt matter which direction you are facing when you place it, and it doesn't matter which face of the cloche is next to the cable. Normally you should be able to connect cables to any of the sides with orange ports, but the powah cables will connect to any of the sides as long as they are east/west.
