Black Hole Controller: Voids blue ice

Describe your issue.
When outputting ice production into a black hole controller, anything involving blue ice gets voided.
I have tried the following -
- Placed a single blue ice in a black hole unit, then placed in the controller - it went from 1 item to 0.
- Placed an empty black hole unit in the controller, set the destination for my blue ice to the controller - it was voided.
- Place a stack of blue ice in a black hole unit, then placed in the controller - went from 64 to 0.

User Modifications
I changed lost trinkets to a more overpowered config (read: default) along with reducing xp cost of waystones.
