Refined Cooking eats ticks for breakfast

when you have a lot of (different) stuff in your refined storage system and you click on a recipe it'll take a second or so to load, and only then can you click it to actually craft it.
going through the list filtered on taste (aka: food you haven't tasted yet) in order to stuff a feeding upgrade backpack with goodies will consume a significant portion of the tps.
for the purpose of the spark screenshot i spam clicked on various items in the grid at a normal but rapid pace, without actually crafting any items.
its not gamebreaking or persistant, the lag vanishes as soon as you stop overcooking, removal of the mod for this reason is not recommended since the utility it provides still outweighs "having some lag while using it", though abusable in mp.
