add crushing/pulverising/enrichment/fortunizer recipes for aquamarine shale -> aquamarine

Why would you like this added/changed?

at the moment the only way to process aquamarine shale is by smelting or breaking, which are not nice to automate, this would allow people to get more per shale without going bonkers on fortune.
